We left the mountains of Himachal, but the mountains never left us. Straight Outta Shimla was born from a simple craving — for the kind of food that takes you back: slow-cooked, hand-rolled, and made with love the way our grandmothers made it.

Every dish on our menu is rooted in tradition. We use time-honoured Himachali techniques: fermenting, slow-cooking, hand-rolling. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just the real taste of the mountains, right here in Brampton.
